LifeOS is operated by Akson Group Sàrl, Switzerland. It reads the mailboxes, calendars and messages you connect, and answers you over WhatsApp.
Mail, calendar events, your WhatsApp conversation with LifeOS, messages from any Slack workspace you connect, and whatever you ask it to remember: tasks, notes, contacts, habits and expenses. We use it to run the assistant and for nothing else. No advertising, no ad profiling, no sale of your data.
Some of what you record is health data: mood, energy and wellbeing entries. The check-ins, nudges and weekly reviews read those and send them to Anthropic, which writes the message you get back. We process them on your explicit consent, given by turning those features on, since they are off until you do. Everything else we process to provide the service you asked for. Withdraw consent at any time by asking us.
Gmail (gmail.modify): LifeOS reads messages to classify them, archives the ones your rules cover, marks them read or unread, moves them between labels and creates a label if one is missing, and saves drafts you ask it to write. Ask it to bin a message and it moves that message to Trash, where Gmail removes it after 30 days. It never sends mail.
Calendar (calendar.events): LifeOS reads your events for briefings, and creates, changes or deletes an event when you ask it to.
LifeOS's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), Anthropic (classifies mail and writes the assistant's replies, including the health check-ins), ChatSuite (WhatsApp), Resend (outbound mail), Linear, which receives the title and text of an issue you ask it to file, Sentry, which receives error reports carrying your user id, and Vestaboard, which receives the wellness scores shown on a board as soon as anyone sharing that board switches it on. Each processes only what its part of the service needs. ChatSuite is our own product, run by Akson Group Sàrl. Some of the others are outside Switzerland and the EU, so your data may be processed there under the transfer safeguards in their terms. Ask us which applies to a given provider.
Disconnecting an account deletes the credentials we hold, so LifeOS stops reading it immediately. It does not withdraw the permission at Google's end: do that in your Google account's third-party access settings. It also does not by itself erase what was cached: LifeOS keeps a record of messages it has already seen so it does not resurface them. Ask us and we delete everything.
We keep what you record for as long as you use LifeOS, because the assistant is only useful when it remembers. The one exception is the log of messages it has sent you, which is pruned after 30 days. Stop using it, or ask, and the rest goes.
You can ask what is held, correct it, export it, have it deleted, or object to or restrict how it is used: antoine.schaller@akson.ch. You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the FDPIC in Switzerland, or your national authority in the EU.
